School Programs

Over the past 11 years the Sammy D Foundation has developed a suite of evidenced-based, primary prevention programs that work towards changing the attitudes of young people about the impacts of bullying, violence and alcohol fuelled violence. Our programs educate young people about the consequences of bullying, violence and drug and alcohol misuse, and provide them with the knowledge and strategies to keep themselves and their mates safe.

The Sammy D Foundation has received funding from the Department for Education to deliver a limited number of subsidised programs to primary and secondary South Australian schools during 2018-2020. This includes government, independent and Catholic Education schools as well as schools in regional areas. A booklet outlining the subsidised programs on offer has been distributed to all South Australian schools.
